A: There are no pills required in the HLS program. We will make supplemental recommendations and will advise you to discuss further with your physician based on blood work and lab results.
I have gained so much information about eating properly. I am still in the process of learning what is more adequate for me because there are some foods that trigger my inflammation due to RA but hopefully I will take again and get more knowledge and way food interacts with RA. I have yo-yo dieted all of my life and I have been on every diet out there. This class has taught me it’s not about drastic dieting, but eating healthy. I plan to continue with the tools I have learned. I am not able to take the next class (work issue) but I would like to come to the class after that if you come back to Coppell. My weight was out of control, and our company offered a program that sounded like it would be easy to follow. Also, there were a lot of people that signed up for it, so I knew it would be easier for me to stay on this program. My expectations are to lose at least 50 lbs. on this program. I have not completed all the steps yet but have made it halfway in my weight loss goal. I will continue on to meet my goals.
