I have gained so much information about eating properly. I am still in the process of learning what is more adequate for me because there are some foods that trigger my inflammation due to RA but hopefully I will take again and get more knowledge and way food interacts with RA. Just because you’re ‘thin’ doesn’t mean you are healthy. For YEARS I have cycled on & off of various fat-burners. Not just for the appetite suppressant but for the energy. One thing I noticed when taking these supplements was that various knots in my body would grow when I was on them and would shrink when I stopped. Sure, all of the advertisements touted the ‘safety’ of these products, yada, yada, yada, but REALLY?! If you have cysts in your hands and wrists that grow when you’re on a certain product, something isn’t right. But still I continued…. Honestly II feel so much more energetic these days.
I have yo-yo dieted all of my life and I have been on every diet out there. This class has taught me it’s not about drastic dieting, but eating healthy. I plan to continue with the tools I have learned. I am not able to take the next class (work issue) but I would like to come to the class after that if you come back to Coppell.
