It appears that I am just starting my personal improvement journey. I have lost significant weight (approximately 25 lbs.) and hope to combine program to duplicate the results. I have yo-yo dieted all of my life and I have been on every diet out there. This class has taught me it’s not about drastic dieting, but eating healthy. I plan to continue with the tools I have learned. I am not able to take the next class (work issue) but I would like to come to the class after that if you come back to Coppell. When I started I had a pretty good base knowledge of what was healthy and what wasn’t. i used to be able to lose weight easily, but I’m now 38 and it is so much harder. This program was a jump start of me getting back into super shape! I lost 7.4 pounds and 6.2 of those were fat! I will continue to use the knowledge I learned from here forward.
