My name is Haley Harris and when I hit 200 lbs., I decided I need to make a change. My mom started Healthy Lifestyle Secrets and I started just following her. I did well and so we decided to do Healthy Lifestyles Secrets as a team at work. During this process I have learned a lot. I began taking calcium, multivitamins, pro-biotics and now I stopped taking Ampeih altogether. I am going to continue to do Healthy Life Styles Secrets and become healthier version of me!! Back in June of 2014 – I started out horrible over weigh, out of shape and on meds for diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and acid reflux. 3 weeks into the first time I took the class, I was off acid reflux med, and reducing my diabetes medicine. By the end of the first time, I was down from 4 pills of Metformin to only 1. My blood sugar has evened out and is so much lower and about 3 weeks after the class, my blood work showed my cholesterol is great and my blood pressure is great andI’m down a total of 52.4 lbs.
My weight was out of control, and our company offered a program that sounded like it would be easy to follow. Also, there were a lot of people that signed up for it, so I knew it would be easier for me to stay on this program. My expectations are to lose at least 50 lbs. on this program. I have not completed all the steps yet but have made it halfway in my weight loss goal. I will continue on to meet my goals. I have not completed my journey but no longer feel like a stranger in my body. The bloating and muscle aches are gone and my clothes feel loose instead of like a sausage casing. I plan to continue to follow the program to achieve my goal body fat %. My BP and cholesterol are on the high side of normal so I want to control them without medication.
