Started trying to get healthy Jan 2012 and lost 40 lbs. by myself, put 10 back on and could not understand why the scales weren’t moving. This has helped me get past the plateau and lose weight in a healthier and long lasting way. Kaydee Sloan Dallas, TXHelped me get past the plateau
I have not completed my journey but no longer feel like a stranger in my body. The bloating and muscle aches are gone and my clothes feel loose instead of like a sausage casing. I plan to continue to follow the program to achieve my goal body fat %. My BP and cholesterol are on the high side of normal so I want to control them without medication. I want to lower them using the program. Ellen Diers Coppell, TXNo longer a stranger in my own body
I have yo-yo dieted all of my life and I have been on every diet out there. This class has taught me it’s not about drastic dieting, but eating healthy. I plan to continue with the tools I have learned. I am not able to take the next class (work issue) but I would like to come to the class after that if you come back to Coppell. I am getting cholesterol checked this week and I know I will see improvements. Dana Chandler Coppell, TXTaught me it’s not about drastic dieting
Back in June of 2014 – I started out horrible over weigh, out of shape and on meds for diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and acid reflux. 3 weeks into the first time I took the class, I was off acid reflux med, and reducing my diabetes medicine. By the end of the first time, I was down from 4 pills of Metformin to only 1. My blood sugar has evened out and is so much lower and about 3 weeks after the class, my blood work showed my cholesterol is great and my blood pressure is great andI’m down a total of 52.4 lbs.
Still on journey – 25 pounds down and happy!! Catherine Collins Dallas, TX25 pounds down and happy!!
