This is my second time attending the class and I learned a lot of new information. I am now on a good path to living a healthy lifestyle that I can sustain. Tiffaney Clark Fort Worth, TXOn a good path
When I started I had a pretty good base knowledge of what was healthy and what wasn’t. i used to be able to lose weight easily, but I’m now 38 and it is so much harder. This program was a jump start of me getting back into super shape! I lost 7.4 pounds and 6.2 of those were fat! I will continue to use the knowledge I learned from here forward. This class has changed over entire family. Over the course of the first 6 weeks our family of 6 has lost collectively 100 lbs. We are thinner, leaner, healthier, more energetic, and everyone’s moods have leveled out. We intend to take CE and bring our whole family back to learn firsthand what we have been sharing at home. This class has saved our health, our sanity and our lives. Thank you! Cynthia Hamsher Dallas, TX This class changed my whole family
