A: We alternate red meat and eggs to ensure you’re getting enough amino acid. However, we don’t want to overtax the liver too much so we alternate with eggs and go back to back the last two days.

When I started I had a pretty good base knowledge of what was healthy and what wasn’t. i used to be able to lose weight easily, but I’m now 38 and it is so much harder.
