A: One serving of animal based protein should be between 18 and 30 grams of protein. Refer to your week 3 materials for a quick list of animal based protein serving sizes. If you cut any of those servings in half you can consider that half of an animal based protein.

Started at 138.2 pounds. Wasn’t working out previously. Have started going to the gym for 1.5 hours and about 3-4 times a week.
