I have not completed my journey but no longer feel like a stranger in my body. The bloating and muscle aches are gone and my clothes feel loose instead of like a sausage casing. I plan to continue to follow the program to achieve my goal body fat %. My BP and cholesterol are on the high side of normal so I want to control them without medication.
