A: You can have green onions and count them towards the veggies. The white bulb is considered a starch. Red, White and Yellow onions are considered a starch. These are allowed week 3 and beyond if you choose.

I have yo-yo dieted all of my life and I have been on every diet out there. This class has taught me it’s not about drastic dieting, but eating healthy. I plan to continue with the tools I have learned. I am not able to take the next class (work issue) but I would like to come to the class after that if you come back to Coppell.
