A: You cannot fry your eggs in lard, butter or oils. However you can fry eggs if you use a light pam cooking spray or margarone. Once you reach maintenance you can use limited amounts of butter or oils in your daily diet.
Started at 138.2 pounds. Wasn’t working out previously. Have started going to the gym for 1.5 hours and about 3-4 times a week. I’ve eaten more veggies during these 6 weeks than I have my entire life combined. I learned that I actually like salads, veggies, and backed fish. It appears that I am just starting my personal improvement journey. I have lost significant weight (approximately 25 lbs.) and hope to combine program to duplicate the results.
