I did your program in 2009 and lost 25 during the course. I then lost 15 more pounds after. My husband did the program at home with me and lost 80 lbs. We have maintained and even lost a little more over the years. We still eat pretty much with the same habits we used then.

Learned to put my body into fat burner mode
This being my first class, I had no idea how much knowledge I would walk away with!! I like that this class was based on the “secrets” of eating healthy to live a healthy lifestyle. I had no idea that these was a so called “method to the madness” (i.e. timing of eating intervals, the balance of nutrients required per day) to put the body into a fat burning mode – without burning muscle mass. What a delicate balance to make that happen! I only felt hunger a couple of times; and the rest, I was doing good to get everything eaten that had to be eaten in one day! This is a dynamic program! Amazing trainer!!

I’ve gain so much information
I have gained so much information about eating properly. I am still in the process of learning what is more adequate for me because there are some foods that trigger my inflammation due to RA but hopefully I will take again and get more knowledge and way food interacts with RA.

It worked for our whole family
Everyone in our family (2 adults/4 teens) was heavy when Cindy and I began this class 6 weeks ago. We were eating like the typical American family and the results of our poor nutritional choices threatened to overwhelm us. As Cindy and I have lost collective +40 lbs. during this journey, so too, have our 4 teens accounting for another 50 lbs. just through the changed we made in the contents of our pantry and refrigerator. My name is Beth – I am almost 50 & I’ve been fighting my weight since my early 20s! I did weight watchers 4 years ago and lost 30 lbs. I have kept 20 lbs. off! After doing participating in this program, I have lost 12 pounds. I would like to lose an additional 20 – 25 pounds.
I need to be healthy so that I can be around for my son Tanner, who has autism! Just after that small amount of weight loss, my doctor took me off my blood pressure meds. I plan to keep on the program – and come weigh in!

I’m so pleased with my results
This is the first eating program I’ve ever participated in and I’m so pleased with my results. I’m continuing with the next class. I lost 5.4 pounds – 3.6 fat and I feel so much, better about myself. Started at 125.01 and now 119.6. During my 12 weeks in HLS, my triglycerides went from 201 to 63. My “good” cholesterol went up 16 points and my “bad” cholesterol went down 7 points. Thanks!

Eating healthier day to day
Started at 138.2 pounds. Wasn’t working out previously. Have started going to the gym for 1.5 hours and about 3-4 times a week. I’ve eaten more veggies during these 6 weeks than I have my entire life combined. I learned that I actually like salads, veggies, and backed fish. I realize I’ m probably going to still dabble in sweets and starches, but will over all be eating healthier day to day.

I’ve learned what I do and don’t need
