I’d been working hard for about a year before the class eating clean and green so had a little “discipline” head start. I had hit a plateau for about 6 months so really wanted to take the next in learning the science. This class did exactly that! I know I’ll take it again. I have gained so much information about eating properly. I am still in the process of learning what is more adequate for me because there are some foods that trigger my inflammation due to RA but hopefully I will take again and get more knowledge and way food interacts with RA. Started at 138.2 pounds. Wasn’t working out previously. Have started going to the gym for 1.5 hours and about 3-4 times a week. I’ve eaten more veggies during these 6 weeks than I have my entire life combined. I learned that I actually like salads, veggies, and backed fish.
