Everyone in our family (2 adults/4 teens) was heavy when Cindy and I began this class 6 weeks ago. We were eating like the typical American family and the results of our poor nutritional choices threatened to overwhelm us. As Cindy and I have lost collective +40 lbs. during this journey, so too, have our 4 teens accounting for another 50 lbs. just through the changed we made in the contents of our pantry and refrigerator. Most exciting tempers have moderated, sleep has improved, energy levels are higher and we’re so excited about the coming weeks as we’re enrolling ourIt worked for our whole family

My name is Haley Harris and when I hit 200 lbs., I decided I need to make a change. My mom started Healthy Lifestyle Secrets and I started just following her. I did well and so we decided to do Healthy Lifestyles Secrets as a team at work. During this process I have learned a lot. I began taking calcium, multivitamins, pro-biotics and now I stopped taking Ampeih altogether. I am going to continue to do Healthy Life Styles Secrets and become healthier version of me!! "I heard about 'magical inches lost' from a friend of mine who did the program through her school. We both had the same issue of never being overweight but always having a few inches to lose in fat to be lean. I had gained 20 lbs. after I got married and had kept it on for three years. My name is Beth – I am almost 50 & I’ve been fighting my weight since my early 20s! I did weight watchers 4 years ago and lost 30 lbs. I have kept 20 lbs. off! After doing participating in this program, I have lost 12 pounds. I would like to lose an additional 20 - 25 pounds. I need to be healthy so that I can be around for my son Tanner, who has autism!
