Last night my Core class concluded – 8 of our 10 baselined out. Our trainer first gave our group numbers, so how did we do?
- 110 total pounds lost
- 98.2 fat pounds lost
- 90″ overall lost
WOW! There’s a whole lot less of us!
And then our individual numbers. I knew I’d lost weight and fat – clothes are fitting much better (actually down from a tight 14 to a comfy 12 – ) – but what was the 10 week loss?
- 18.4 total pounds lost
- 11 fat pounds lost
- 11.5″ overall lost
I’ll take those numbers!
But I’m not done. I still am working at another 12 pounds or so – my trainer has advised that the body will level out when it’s ready to stop. I’m anxious to keep seeing the results, but know I need to stay accountable now that the program is over. My group has a good email, text and FB support system – we all are looking to keep it off and not rebound.
