An Awards Club For People Who Grew by Shrinking with Healthy Lifestyle Secrets

We know that losing fat and inches is its own reward, but some of our students are taking it to the next level. So we decided it was time to reward them with a little something extra.

The GEMS program is another way to ensure we help you stay accountable to the healthy lifestyle changes you’ve adopted. It helps you stick to making a permanent lifestyle change by helping you monitor and maintain your fat, muscle and hydration in a healthy range, ensuring you have the best quality of life possible!

Discounts are nice, but true joy comes from helping others. As a GEM you’re in a unique position to guide others with your own perspective on the challenges you’ve faced and the success you’ve enjoyed. You’ve proven the HLS lifestyle works and your words of wisdom could be that one thing that pushes a new student to succeed. With that being a GEM also means you are a Mentor to others who are new to the HLS Lifestyle.

Pearl Onion Club Requirements

Not everyone who enrolls in Healthy Lifestyle Secrets has weight to lose. Or they may want to lose a few pounds, but losing 25 or 50 wouldn’t be healthy.

For these people we’ve created our newest category in the Gem Club: The Pearl Onion. The category has been created for people who reduce their body fat percentage and improve their overall health.

Men & Women:

  • Reduced Body Fat %
  • Reduced medications (with attending physicians statement to attest)
  • Improved health (with attending physicians statement to attest)

My weight was out of control, and our company offered a program that sounded like it would be easy to follow. Also, there were a lot of people that signed up for it, so I knew it would be easier for me to stay on this program. My expectations are to lose at least 50 lbs. on this program. Went to the dr for my 6 month checkup. She was laughing at me because I was talking all about our nutrition class and was so enthusiastic about it. Then when she checked my weight she squealed. This is the first eating program I’ve ever participated in and I’m so pleased with my results. I’m continuing with the next class. I lost 5.4 pounds – 3.6 fat and I feel so much, better about myself.
