Everyone in our family (2 adults/4 teens) was heavy when Cindy and I began this class 6 weeks ago. We were eating like the typical American family and the results of our poor nutritional choices threatened to overwhelm us. It appears that I am just starting my personal improvement journey. I have lost significant weight (approximately 25 lbs.) and hope to combine program to duplicate the results.
