This being my first class, I had no idea how much knowledge I would walk away with!! I like that this class was based on the “secrets” of eating healthy to live a healthy lifestyle. I had no idea that these was a so called “method to the madness” (i.e. timing of eating intervals, the balance of nutrients required per day) to put the body into a fat burning mode – without burning muscle mass. What a delicate balance to make that happen! I only felt hunger a couple of times; and the rest, I was doing good to getLearned to put my body into fat burner mode
This is the first eating program I’ve ever participated in and I’m so pleased with my results. I’m continuing with the next class. I lost 5.4 pounds – 3.6 fat and I feel so much, better about myself. Started at 125.01 and now 119.6. During my 12 weeks in HLS, my triglycerides went from 201 to 63. My “good” cholesterol went up 16 points and my “bad” cholesterol went down 7 points. Thanks! My weight was out of control, and our company offered a program that sounded like it would be easy to follow. Also, there were a lot of people that signed up for it, so I knew it would be easier for me to stay on this program. My expectations are to lose at least 50 lbs. on this program. I have not completed all the steps yet but have made it halfway in my weight loss goal. I will continue on to meet my goals. It’s a GREAT program, and if you follow it, you can be very successful inTiffany Rogers
Just because you’re ‘thin’ doesn’t mean you are healthy. For YEARS I have cycled on & off of various fat-burners. Not just for the appetite suppressant but for the energy. One thing I noticed when taking these supplements was that various knots in my body would grow when I was on them and would shrink when I stopped. Sure, all of the advertisements touted the ‘safety’ of these products, yada, yada, yada, but REALLY?! If you have cysts in your hands and wrists that grow when you’re on a certain product, something isn’t right. But still I continued…. Honestly II feel so much more energetic these days.
My name is Beth – I am almost 50 & I’ve been fighting my weight since my early 20s! I did weight watchers 4 years ago and lost 30 lbs. I have kept 20 lbs. off! After doing participating in this program, I have lost 12 pounds. I would like to lose an additional 20 - 25 pounds. I need to be healthy so that I can be around for my son Tanner, who has autism!
