I’d been working hard for about a year before the class eating clean and green so had a little “discipline” head start. I had hit a plateau for about 6 months so really wanted to take the next in learning the science. This class did exactly that! I know I’ll take it again. Just because you’re ‘thin’ doesn’t mean you are healthy. For YEARS I have cycled on & off of various fat-burners. Not just for the appetite suppressant but for the energy. One thing I noticed when taking these supplements was that various knots in my body would grow when I was on them and would shrink when I stopped. Sure, all of the advertisements touted the ‘safety’ of these products, yada, yada, yada, but REALLY?! If you have cysts in your hands and wrists that grow when you’re on a certain product, something isn’t right. But still I continued…. Honestly II feel so much more energetic these days.

I have struggles with my weight on and off though-out my life. I managed to lose 40 pounds in my early 20’s and 10 years later, woke up one day to discover it had all crept back somehow!
