My name is Haley Harris and when I hit 200 lbs., I decided I need to make a change. My mom started Healthy Lifestyle Secrets and I started just following her. I did well and so we decided to do Healthy Lifestyles Secrets as a team at work. During this process I have learned a lot. Started at 138.2 pounds. Wasn’t working out previously. Have started going to the gym for 1.5 hours and about 3-4 times a week.
